We are a nonprofit organization committed to promoting sustainable energy development, assisting community development initiatives through the implementation of solar power. Our mission is to engage and empower local communities at the grassroots level, guided by biblical worldview that informs our holistic approach to our commitment.

Ilaitia Rakadrudru, a native Fijian from Raviravi, Macuata, Vanua Levu, was born and raised in Fiji. When he turned 22, he then relocated abroad in search of more opportunities and training to enhance his future prospects. Over the past 27 years, Ilaitia has made frequent trips between the States and his homeland, witnessing limited development in the villages of the remote Fijian islands. He long aspired to create equal opportunities for the native Fijian population and its families. He recognized the critical gaps in access to electricity, clean water, telecommunications, education, and healthcare services. Drawing on his extensive experience in telecommunications, electrical, and renewable energy in the solar industries, he has been inspired to drive a meaningful change. His participation in Youth With A Mission (YWAM) allowed him to travel to different parts of the world, including South America, European countries and the throughout the South Pacific, furthering his drive of community development. He and his wife, Heather, a registered nurse, native of Napa County, share a commitment to positively impacting the lives of many. They have co-founded the nonprofit organization, and the President of Pasifika Reach. Their shared passion and desire to make a difference fuel their efforts to create improvements in their communities local and abroad for generations to come.
Their unrelenting determination lies in reaching communities that lack access to essential resources for daily living at the grassroots level. Together they are focused on providing fundamental necessities such as reliable power and infrastructure, access to clean water, opportunities to economic growth, access to training, education and healthcare, and a commitment to environmental stewardship.

Divine Fijian Home Care is more than just a business; it is a vital community pillar. Recognizing the importance of Poasa's work, Pasifika Reach felt a strong need to support his initiatives here at home. To ensure the facility operates with maximum resilience, we coordinated a major technical upgrade.
We successfully installed a solar power system and a sophisticated battery storage unit at Divine Fijian Home Care, providing the facility with critical electrical backups and clean, renewable energy. This infrastructure ensures that even during local power outages, Poasa and his team can continue their essential work without interruption. Our aim is to support not only local growth but to empower all Fijian and Pacific Island communities servicing Sonoma County.

At Divine Fijian Home Care, we have integrated a cutting-edge FranklinWH energy storage system to work alongside our solar installation. This advanced unit provides the facility with seamless backup power and intelligent energy management, ensuring that Poasa Rokoitamana’s essential services remain uninterrupted during grid outages. By combining renewable generation with reliable storage, we are setting a new standard for facility resilience in Santa Rosa.
This project highlights the deep commitment of Northern Pacific Power Systems (NPPS) to our local community. Serving as our major contributor, NPPS provided the specialized technical expertise and leadership required to bring this complex solar-plus-storage project to life. Their dedication to excellence not only empowers local businesses like Divine Fiji but also strengthens our shared resolve to bring sustainable energy to grassroots villages across the Pacific.
