MEET OUR FAMILY
- Alivereti Yaya who is the Vice-President and Vice Chair, also a native of Fiji and now residing in Santa Rosa, CA with his wife and children, brings invaluable experience from the mission field. As one of the pioneers of Youth With A Mission (YWAM) in Fiji in the early 1980s and a former YWAM worker in Japan, his insights are crucial to our work, provides us with guidance and perspective plays a key role.
- Viniana Gaunavinaka Treasurer of Pasifika Reach and CEO of North Bay Home Care, who also hails from Fiji, brings a powerful combination of strategic business expertise and deep mission experience. Her many years as a leader within Youth With A Mission (YWAM) in Canada, Hawaii, and Fiji provide our mission and organization with crucial wisdom and direction.
- Cassius Camus, our marketing expert and the driving force behind Watts Above as its Founder and CEO, also serves as an Energy Specialist for Northern Pacific Power Systems. This unique combination of marketing acumen and energy sector expertise brings invaluable insights and direction to Pasifika Reach.

- James Paterson, President of Northern Pacific Power Systems, a leading residential solar and storage company in the North Bay area, serves as a valued advisory board member. His extensive experience in the renewable energy sector provides crucial wisdom and strengthens our mission's focus on sustainable solutions.
- Pasifika Reach benefits from the diverse expertise of Adam Nicolopoulos, an accomplished professional in Investment Banking, Power and Infrastructure Advisory, and Entrepreneurship. His wisdom, strategic planning capabilities, and diplomatic skills are crucial assets in advancing our mission.
